ITP’s Standards are founded by key United Nations (UN) and International Labor Organization conventions and documents, addressing our codes in: Forced Labour / Prison Labour, Freedom of Association and Right to Collective Bargaining, Child Labour, Discrimination, No Harsh or Inhuman Treatment, Health and Safety, Wages and benefits, working Hours, Regular Employment, Conditions outside The Workplace and Environmental Protection.
ITP is one of the members of the Ethical Trading Initiative (ETI). We work closely with this organization and its members to share practice of all our efforts in social compliance area. We are willing to partner with others companies & organisations to advance the human rights of workers and to eliminate sweatshops by promoting ethical working conditions, labour rights, corporate social responsibility and social dialogue.
